Guarantee

You have a period of 15 days to review the possible defects of the supplied merchandise. Check your merchandise during this order to be able to make the return within the term. It is advisable to open your merchandise and check its quality if you are not going to use it immediately. After the deadline we cannot guarantee that the return will be effective. We also put at your disposal all the guarantees offered by the manufacturer. Garrampa makes no express warranty and makes no specific, implied warranty for merchantability or fitness for purpose.

The products offered in the online store are aimed at natural or legal persons acting within the framework of their business or professional activity, whether public or private.

Rejection of request

An order could be returned if there is not enough stock for the required demand of terms, or there has been an error applicable to prices in the database that can be justified.

Order Variations

Orders placed in large quantities may suffer a slight variation between the quantity ordered and the quantity supplied. Garrampa controls the manufacturing process so that if it is not exact, the quantity is higher. There may be some few cases where the amount requested is less. Excess production will not be reflected in the final invoice.

We make approximate virtual samples so that the client can check how their product will look once personalized. Your screen's color calibration, brightness and contrast settings may affect the display mode of the sample by altering the actual colors. For this reason, we attach the approximate Pantone colors together with the virtual sample. Pantone is a universal color identification system used in graphic arts. If you do not have a pantone chart, you can find them in graphic editing programs such as photoshop and illustrator.

Acceptance and cancellation of the order

The acceptance of an order both by email or signed implies acceptance of our conditions of sale and your commitment to pay with the agreed forms. Once an order confirmation is approved, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations. The cancellation of an order that has already been processed entails expenses that we will pass on to the customer in such a case. The client is obliged to pay the agreed price for any work that has been carried out by us until the cancellation of the same. Some of the expenses that could be included among others are those of preparation of the order, order of material, digital design and replacement fees. In the event that Garrampa has not incurred any expense, the client will not be charged at all.

Garrampa guarantees to maintain the offer of the order once the final budget has been confirmed.

Taxes

All products will be charged the corresponding VAT. Garrampa is obliged to collect all taxes on products sold and services performed. Companies and individuals that are exempt from paying taxes will not be charged. For these cases, the client must provide the requested documentation for our subsequent review and approval.

Website prices

Garrampa does everything possible to keep all prices up to date. Prices may change from one day to the next, although if the order has been placed, the price enjoyed during the purchase and payment process cannot be modified by us.

shipping delays

The client accepts that Garrampa will not be held responsible for the delay of shipments caused by force majeure or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. The shipments made are made sufficiently in advance so that the agreed delivery times are met. Garrampa will not be responsible for the possible economic damages caused by the delay caused by major causes.

print size

The size of the print quoted in our budgets is a maximum of A4 (21x30 cm). For larger sizes consult our commercials.

Garrampa tries to offer some images in which the product appears as real as possible. However, each one can ambiguously interpret details such as scale and color that do not correspond to reality. To check the quality, color and size of the product, you can request a sample and check how the item really is. If you decide not to evaluate the physical sample, we are not responsible for possible interpretation errors that may have arisen when viewing the image. We also recommend that you check all the data that we provide in the product sheet such as size, material, etc. This data can help you get an idea of ​​what the item is really like.

Garrampa offers its customers coupons and promotional offers. These offers are not cumulative, they can only be used once per customer. Coupons are only redeemable for orders placed on the web. We reserve the right not to apply the offers to some of our products.

Return of an order

You have the right to a refund within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The return period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods. To exercise the right of return, you must notify Grupo Garrampa ([email protected], Previsión Social 22, 50008, Zaragoza, or any of the contact methods that you will find at the bottom of all pages), your decision to return to through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the model return form below, although its use is not mandatory.

Consequences of the return

In the event of a return by you, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method). that we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to return.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to Grupo Garrampa, Centro Logístico, Santa Ana 3, Cuarte de Huerva, Zaragoza, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date in which you inform us of your decision to return. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of return will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

• a) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the client and user or clearly personalized.
• b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• c) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
• d) The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the customer and user after delivery.

Explanation: Items that have a personalization printed on them cannot be returned (except defective products). We are unable to return factory marked merchandise. That is why we recommend that you request a physical sample of the product before it is printed so that you can assess and see what the product is like, dimensions, quality, etc. You can also consult our commercials with any questions you have about a specific product.

Return of an order
